Service Dept I’ve had my 2014 bmw for about nine months and had to pay almost 850.00. No one tried to at least negotiate a small portion. It wasn't the 1st class service I have felt with the Lexus I was very disappointed. The Lexus's dealership service, as well as customer satisfaction standards are higher than BMW.
