Oil Change Liz Rawlings is who wrote me up! She stated it would take 1 hour 45 Mins. It took about 1 hour 20 Mins. So that was Great! She was Awesome One area Liz Rawlings is who wrote me up! She stated it would take 1 hour 45 Mins. It took about 1 hour 20 Mins. So that was Great! She was Awesome One area of Concern! Your clean up team could do a lot better!! I was in a hurry so I did not share this with Liz, So she does not know about my complaint. If they are contract and not BMW, you might want to consider another Contractor, our last Visit they removed a black towel from the trunk plus I had to vacuum the whole car when I got home to include the trunk! ( which was clean before they put the floor mats back there. Shelley Black wrote that one up! she also went back to get the clean up guys the second time! Last thing we never received a SURVEY on that visit, Go Figure More
