His answer was to drive the car and the light will go out. Three days later a heavy metal piece fell from under the car and the car also was shaking so bad l was afraid to drive it. When I took it there the car was running find? ??????????????????????????????????????????? I can't remember the Tech guys name. More

Nav system reset My NAV system reset and became non-functioning. When I called the dealership they said it would be a week minimum before they had a rental available. My NAV system reset and became non-functioning. When I called the dealership they said it would be a week minimum before they had a rental available. When I expressed my disappointment they said let us work on it. They called me back a little while later and arranged to drop a loaner off to me and pick up my vehicle until it was fixed. They fixed it in two business days and returned it to me at work. Amazing customer service!! More
