He stayed on top of things so that I never had to wait long for anything including finance. I appreciated his concern for my time. Attention to detail, extremely helpful, long-distance trxn Purchasing a Certified Pre-owned BMW from out-of-state, and having the vehicle delivered to my house sight-unseen (except for pictures), provides an o Purchasing a Certified Pre-owned BMW from out-of-state, and having the vehicle delivered to my house sight-unseen (except for pictures), provides an opportunity for all sorts of unexpected things to occur. That wasn't the case with Anthony. Anthony got answers for all of my detailed questions and e-mails, provided supporting documentation, and followed up quickly. He was my eyes on the car since I purchased the vehicle remotely. He offered to send detailed pictures, checked various items (rim condition, etc.), and was willing to make himself available until I was comfortable with the transaction. No request was too minor. The CPO check list was helpful, as were the measurements on tire tread, etc. When the vehicle rolled off the trailer at my house 500+ miles away there were no surprises. Even the accessories I purchased were in the vehicle and ready to go. It helped that this vehicle was the fourth X5 I've purchased since 2001 (now have two still active), so I knew somewhat what to expect. It's my second long distance purchase (the other was a 330i Touring from another dealer.) Each dealer has their own processes, but things went smoothly both times. I received the title today via FedEx so that I could register in my state. More
