Still took a little bit, but waiting for the finance guy was the long pole this latest time. All employees have been pleasant. Facilities are always nice. Amenities are good if you’re waiting for service or something. Prices are high, but I think that’s understood before you even ask. The salesman are pretty knowledgeable on their product, and that’s always a good thing. I did give another dealership an opportunity this time around before going to BMW, but BMW had the warranty on a newer used car that nobody else could offer. I’d go back... More
