Great Service U always enjoy going to this Dealership for Service. I really wish they had gotten my email address correct the first time i came in. There were probably a lot of discounts i missed out on. I m just so glad they got it correct the last time. This is the only BMW dealer I use and will continue to only use them. I may have worked with others at the dealership I wish they all had pictures like Miss Rawlins does. The last person I worked with walked me to the car and opened my door and made sure all the work was done great. Top quality service at BMW, You pay for what you get which is what I live by. More

No response to questions I was quoted $120 for an oil change. Had to pick up the car after the service department was closed. Invoice for $136. Made two phone calls and email I was quoted $120 for an oil change. Had to pick up the car after the service department was closed. Invoice for $136. Made two phone calls and email with no response other than it would have to be forwarded on for someone else to handle. Still no response over a week later. Glad that I moved and won’t have to go there again. More
