Poor follow up In 18 months, I’ve taken my car in 3 times. Each time issues remained unresolved and the service department was to call me back with more information, In 18 months, I’ve taken my car in 3 times. Each time issues remained unresolved and the service department was to call me back with more information, status of ordered parts or decision of how they were going to resolve paint peeling. It’s now been a week since I was there, I left a message 3 business days ago and not a single response. Every time it has been the same lack of follow ups and clearly no value of me or my time. My initial sales experience was also poor and as soon as I’m able to sell my 750LI, I will never step foot on this location again. More
