I spoke with Curtis Harris about a car that I seen online. Unfortunately it had been sold. I was determined to leave with a car that day. After looking at more cars, We finally came across a similar but nicer car that really caught me eye. Curtis was very patient he went above and beyond to make sure I left the dealership happy. I’ve bought two cars here, must not be too bad, right? I’ve bought two cars here now. I don’t care for the whole back and forth salesman to sales manager type setup, and so I made my best effort to expedit I’ve bought two cars here now. Still took a little bit, but waiting for the finance guy was the long pole this latest time. All employees have been pleasant. Facilities are always nice. Amenities are good if you’re waiting for service or something. Prices are high, but I think that’s understood before you even ask. The salesman are pretty knowledgeable on their product, and that’s always a good thing. I did give another dealership an opportunity this time around before going to BMW, but BMW had the warranty on a newer used car that nobody else could offer. I’d go back... More

I love the BMW service team. I have been a loyal BMW customer for many years. The only complaint I have is that calls sometimes get funneled through Butler Toyota for BMW and the I have been a loyal BMW customer for many years. Had car inspected for brake pads My car was picked up from my job around d 9:00 am. After hours of having my vehicle, no one ever called to let me know the status of my vehicle. I called around 2:30 pm to try and find out if I needed brakes or not. No one could tell me anything!!. I was told that I would get a call back in about 10 minutes. I never receive my call, therefore, I had to contact BMW again to find out what was going on with my vehicle because they have had it for hours. I had no ride home and hadn't arranged a ride because I had been waiting on BMW to contact me. After all, I needed to have some service done but they never called me to inform me. JUST UNPROFESSIONAL!! More
