Well cared for during a time of need My 750 is having a problem with the seat belts. No one can find the problem. BMW of Macon showed that they care in the way they called to check on us. Had car inspected for brake pads My car was picked up from my job around d 9:00 am. After hours of having my vehicle, no one ever called to let me know the status of my vehicle. I called around 2:30 pm to try and find out if I needed brakes or not. No one could tell me anything!!. I was told that I would get a call back in about 10 minutes. I never receive my call, therefore, I had to contact BMW again to find out what was going on with my vehicle because they have had it for hours. I had no ride home and hadn't arranged a ride because I had been waiting on BMW to contact me. After all, I needed to have some service done but they never called me to inform me. JUST UNPROFESSIONAL!! More
