I actually went in for a tune-up while I knew that I was leaking oil from the valve cover. George suggested that I address both issues due to the fact that if the valve cover gasket wasn't replaced the tun leaking oil from the valve cover. Dropped the car off on Thursday and it was ready to be picked up Tuesday morning. So far all seems to be working fine. The only issue I have with this dealership is the policy of only giving loaner vehicles to customers who have purchased their car from them. I'm from Illinois and whenever service was going to take more than a day, I would be issued a loaner car even though I didn't purchase my BMW from that dealership. I don't understand the policy, and it definitely needs to be changed/updated to include all BMW customers. More

BMW of Meridian (service department) may have been the best service we have ever received from a dealership.
