Awesome experience! It was in one word, simple. Why does buying a vehicle have to be a long-drawn-out process? Well at BMW of Middle Heights it doesn't. I saw the car online I was interested in. I contacted buying a vehicle have to be a long-drawn-out process? Well at BMW of Middle Heights it doesn't. I saw the car online I was interested in. I contacted the dealership, Tom reached out in a very professional no-pressure way and 30 minutes later I met him. He had the car I wanted in the front, I went for a drive and when I got back what I really liked was Tom not "selling" me. I bought the car I had my eye on that same day and the next day took it home. From now on when I am in the market to purchase a vehicle or know of someone looking to do the same, the first call I will be making is to Tom at BMW of Middleburg Heights! More
