Was interested in a used car, spoke with a sales rep about the vehicle at 10:45 am on a Friday, told the rep that I live an hour and a half away, would leave immediately to come see the car. Get 5 minutes from the dealership, the rep calls and says the vehicle was sold. Wasted 200 miles and 3 hours to see nothing. Crappy business practice to sell a vehicle when they know a customer is coming to look at it from a long distance. Will never give them another opportunity to get my business, neither should anyone else. More

Let me start with this; how on earth does BMW Minnetonka have 5 stars as reviews on their website? I brought my BMW e46 M3 in for a diagnostic at BMW Braman Miami as my smg transmission did not want to shif have 5 stars as reviews on their website? I brought my BMW e46 M3 in for a diagnostic at BMW Braman Miami as my smg transmission did not want to shift. Their service department (Aaron Vasquez),who has zero technical knowledge about anything with four wheels, informed me that the initial repair bill would be around $4.000,- but could possibly be more as they went along. he did receive all service records for work done by Minnetonka BMW stealership which showed that the complete smg system had been replaced 1 year prior. I took the car back after paying $400.00 for their pleasure of 'Diagnosing' the issue. only to receive a video afterwards of them inspecting the vehicle and one employee making derogaratory comments me taking back the car and not letting them do the 'repairs'. I took the car back to my workshop and decided to investigate myself. Shockingly I discovered that the BMW Stealership in Minnetonka had failed to properly instal the retaining spring for the pin that connects the shift rod to the transmission rod so the pin could fall out and disconnect the coupling bushing. Minnetonka BMW also ‘forgot’ to install the y-torsion bar at the rear of the car (had to buy a new one) amongst many missing bolts in various places underneath the car at crucial points. Sloppy work from their ‘professional’ mechanics. The disconnected connector bushing was all it was. I reconnected (properly this time) and the car shifts like a dream. BMW BRAMAN Stealership wanted to rip me off for $4,000.- and most likely more if I had given them the opportunity by their ' professional' mechanics. Braman and Minnetonka dealership are incompetent and dishonest dealerships trying to steal from hard working people doing sloppy work. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ANY COST!!! Mr. Kotnour was impossible to get hold of despite many messages left. He could apparently not be bothered to attend to an inquiry that would not generate revenue but just time for sloppy work they performed in the past. More

Don't waste your time buying a car here. I went in at 6:45 pm on 1/17/22 to buy a used car that i saw online. They informed me that they closed at 7 pm but their website stated they are open until 8 pm. 6:45 pm on 1/17/22 to buy a used car that i saw online. I asked to see the car and Galina showed me the SUV but it had performance tires and would need snow tires. I said I would buy it if she would get me the costs of the snow tires and she said she would call the next day with the info. We did exchange contact info. I also said I would give a deposit right then but she stated they didnt take deposits but I told her I definitely wanted the car. Well she never called, I waited 5 days never heard from her (I am not going to chase someone to buy their SUV that you cannot even drive in the snow lol). I should probably thank her as I went down the road to Lexus and purchased a brand new vehicle and the whole process there was delightful. BMW of Minnetonka just a huge waste of time. Funny thing is that car is still for sale at BMW but apparently they dont want to make sales. More

Father bright vehicle in fo oil change and wheel balance. Here we are 1 month later it is leaking a bigger puddle on the garage floor!! Toby says bring it in now it needs a 6000.00 fix but he will give the 80 yr old vulnerable adult a great price on the work “needed”. I the daughter have called and left messages for Toby but no call back,he just needs the money. Sounds like a BBB call has to be made . Very sad to take advantage of people from the era of honesty. Don’t go there!! More
