"Shopping for a new car" I was interested in downsizing from my Mercedes GL. I was not familiar with the BMW X3 so we went over for a test drive. It was very efficient, professional and friendly. When we left Minnetonka there was no pressure and we had the information that we needed to make our decision. Kris Kramer, a Client Advisor at BMW of Minneton I just purchased an amazing BMW 328 X-drive diesel after almost 20 years as a Mercedes-Benz customer. Kris Kramer, a Client Advisor at BMW of Minnetonka, did a very good job highlighting the car's exceptional features, the fuel savings and the differences in manufacturers during my test drive. Kris is very knowledgeable about the cars he sells. He also pointed out that BMW included many maintenance services and road assist fees that MB vehicles did not include. I appreciated Kris’ easy-going sales skill and respect for my time. It is very evident how he earned his gold level sales status. The trade-in process was very easy and their manager noted that MB would pro-rate a refund after requesting cancellation on the extended service contract. My 2014 car was prepped and ready for inspection on the incredible sales 2nd floor showroom when I returned for closing. The finance advisor was thorough, accurate and helpful with explaining optional add-ons. It was the shortest and least complicated car purchase I have experienced. Kris drove me to the front entrance for a final run through, technology activation, phone and music pairing. He followed up two days later to see how the car was running and asked if I had any operational questions. He emailed an offer for me to return to the dealership if I needed any additional review on any of the car’s functions. The BMW of Minnetonka dealership is quite remarkable in both its staff and its building. I recommend Kris Kramer for your next BMW purchase. More
