I have always been very satisfied with anything I have had them do to my vehicle in the past. Always prompt service and the service writers are always very friendly, Angie even more so than others. Brought my car in to have the window seal replaced and a piece rear door frame fixed. Service way excellent & everyone very pollite. We recently purchased a 2006 750i from Pat Peck in Gulfport, MS and the wheels wasn't right cause a vibration in the ride. We contacted BMW of Mobile and from the start the personalization was outsta Gulfport, MS and the wheels wasn't right cause a vibration in the ride. We contacted BMW of Mobile and from the start the personalization was outstanding. They brought us over and diagnosed the problem. Becky was in contact with us frequently explaining the problem. She contacted the dealer for us and explained the problem taking care of every step to resolve the issue. I must say that the service will make the dealership I primary desperation for all our service and BMW needs for this car and future BMW purchases. I took my M6 to BMW of Mobile for service after years of dealing w/another BMW dealership in another state. Not happy w/the other dealership for the past couple of years and could kick myself for waiting so dealing w/another BMW dealership in another state. Not happy w/the other dealership for the past couple of years and could kick myself for waiting so long to make the switch. Night and day difference. We are happy w/everything at BMW of Mobile. The service advisor in particular, Angie Duckworth. Top notch guest service and she knows her stuff! Highly recommend BMW of Mobile. More
