This is the second half of a post based on my purchase of a 5 series BMW from Morristown BMW. While my experience with the sales person was excellent, the rest was not. As in other posts, the sales manager added a number of fees (etching, reconditioning, dealer, etc)totaling $2600....I found another car and shared with them that I could drive 40 min and get the car there (without fees). We (again) quickly came to an agreement, but when they (Marc and Omar from Finance) presented me with a final cost - they had made an error of $500+ (in their favor) but insisted that the math was right! They even offered me to "come around the desk and look at the computer".... I got a piece of paper and walked them through the math and refused to accept their flawed math. We ended up at a price that was suitable. I dont know if this was malicious or not but "let the buyer beware"..... More

This dealer will add HIDDEN FEES to your invoice making true price comparisons impossible. These fees are substantial, for us recently it was $1700 on a 30k car. These are not disclosed online and are for non-sensical items such as a “dealer etching fee”….hmmmm. We asked what that is but got no real answer except that it’s a fee they charge ALL they’re customers, so I guess that makes it ok. Basically this is a shifty dealership, always has been, in 2006 they tried very hard to keep a deposit for a car they ended up not being able to deliver….we should have known better than to come back. My wife bought a new BMW 330i, Sales experience was good, the finance part was good (where you are given the options to buy extended warranties and service contracts etc) After purchasing a tire warranty I l the finance part was good (where you are given the options to buy extended warranties and service contracts etc) After purchasing a tire warranty I later decided I did not want. These can be cancelled at anytime but be prepared to be fully ignored. Many phone call attempts and messages all with no return call. I would expect this type of shady practice from a road side used car dealer. I will be opening a case with the BBB and posting many other social media reviews. More
