BMW and BMW of Mountain View provided me with top notch customer service. They go above and beyond when you need assistance. Had a tire issue with my i4, which doesn’t come with a spare due to the “no flat customer service. They go above and beyond when you need assistance. Had a tire issue with my i4, which doesn’t come with a spare due to the “no flat tires”. I guess the tire for my car is on short supply but they said they had one. The gentleman wanted to physically see it before he could say he actually had it. I received a call minutes later that they had the tire. At that point I asked if he would hold it for me and he gladly said “sure thing”. Not knowing how to get my car to the shop he informed me to call BMW roadside assistance to pick up the car.. My car was picked up within an hour and arrived at the dealership where I received another call from them that they had the car. The gentleman let me know that they would gladly fix it but did not have a tire in stock. Of course they did not have it because the guy before held it for me. I informed the gentleman of the person I talked to earlier and he reached out to verify he had in fact held the tire for me! I also wanted them to check the protective plate underneath, due to the speed bump I scraped on with the low tire from the day before. After about two hours they sent me a video of the review from under my car. Showed the protective plate, shocks, tires, and other components. They sure did a over the top review and I had a video of the whole thing! They then set me up a shuttle to get back to the dealership and I was reunited with my car shortly after. I did not have to worry about a single thing throughout the whole process and I really feel like the service was some of the best I have ever received! I will also mention that the tire and wheel protection I paid for with the car paid off, as I only paid a small deductible for the tire. From start to finish the whole process was simple and easy. I still can’t believe it was so easy to have a tire changed! Thanks for the EXCELLENT customer service BMW of Mountain View! I will be returning to your location in the future! The only down side that day was the drive home in rush hour traffic but when your sitting in your BMW it’s still not that bad;). Absolutely love my BMW! More
