Their personality changes when you are not happy with the numbers. They sold me the car that was not ready for sale. I could never get a response from the Service department in time regarding my complaint. It took two attempts over six months for the service regarding the recall notice to get it done. all the recommendati in time regarding my complaint. Gica was very nice and helpful and G (the Finance Manager) was the best dealer rep I have ever worked with. The final signing process with him was the best I have experienced (I've been buying cars Manager) was the best dealer rep I have ever worked with. The final signing process with him was the best I have experienced (I've been buying cars for 35 years). Overall the process was straightforward and pleasant, although it took too long. True, I had a trade-in, but I paid with a check and it still took 4 hours. I also disagree with the requirement to run a credit check on me when I am effectively paying cash. Not sure why calling the Bank and verifying funds wasn't an option. More
