My service writer Marc was very nice. My disappointment is due to expectations. When I scheduled my service they said I needed to be there at 7:30am for my appointment. We had an amazing experience with Dean Farakesh. We went in a few months ago to test drive a car we were looking at. We lucked into Dean being available to help us. We hadn't planned on buying a car that day, we still had a few months in our time line, but he looked through upcoming inventory and found a car that matched exactly what we wanted. He said it should arrive in two months, we put a deposit down and two days ago, we picked up our car. We thought about going to other dealers, but Dean made the process so easy, he was straight forward, not pushing, honest and we really felt like we could trust him. He is also very knowledgeable about their cars and patiently answered every single one of our questions. He kept us posted throughout the wait time and even offered to come in on his day off for us to pick up the car. When we went back to pick up our car, the dealership was a lot busier but everyone there seemed to be very nice, but I highly recommend you use Dean to purchase your next BMW. More
