The sales guy was nice and courteous. Finance guy kept trying to push warranties on us when we made it clear we were not interested, even dropped it from 6k down to 2k which is absurd. On top of that when we got home, we saw that one of the rims was bent, which could likely cause vibration and air leak issues from the tires later on. They said they’d make it right but I still haven’t received a call back after bothering them for 3 days. Makes me wonder what else they missed on their “120 point inspection.” More

Leo attentively listened and productively executed on each step of the sales process (he was also sincerely patient when I kept missing the correct exits on our test drive! hah!). Shahram was articulate in explaining financing options and made it comfortable to make the right extended warranty decisions. There was also a sharp guy from the merchandise desk who was diligent with my requests to check for different sizes. Only negative was my trade-in experience; I felt I should have received a bit more value for my car, but they mostly made-up for it, so I only deducted one star for that specific rating. Overall though, I still give it 5 out of 5. I felt I was taken care of with professionalism, patience/efficiency wherever each was needed, and a sincere desire to get the deal done in a way that left me happy. Keep up the great work fellas! More

High degree of courtesy, The sales person (Edwin) was a good listener, easy to talk with and delivered on everything (including finding the garage door opener I had mistakenly left in the exchange car. So why not 5 stars: I arrived; within 10 minutes, we had the right model; did not need a test drive. The price negotiation took three minutes with one second change that slightly changed one number... It was an easy sell for Edwin and an easy buy for me... BUT... I spent over 4 hours at the dealership with delays at every step. That is not OK. Get one more guy to wash the car, don't take an hour and half for last detailing... This is constructive criticism as it is the third BMW bought at your place. Thank you. More
