It is clean, well organized and friendly. Saturdays is the best time to come for service as the cars are not stacked up out into the street waiting. BMW of Mountain View service has improved over the past few years. While the physical environment is still very dated and drab, I found the personnel there to be helpful and knowledgeable. I was also pleasantly surprised that the cost premium they charge was not a bad as in the past. Overall good experience. Got 4 new tires, did a recall, and did oil change. And for a price not too far in excess of what a local tire store was going to charge. More
