Took my BMW in for its annual service and was assisted by Daniel Martinez. Daniel is the epitomy of being service directed and customer focused. Took care of all these things and kept in touch for the entire duration that my car was in the shop (2 days). I had a decent loaner car while my car was being serviced which is always nice to be able to drive a different model fro ones own.
