first, they took me to replace a tire in one day...tire shops and other BMW dealers wanted a week or more....second, they got it done in about two hours from my appointment time..not great to replace a tir shops and other BMW dealers wanted a week or more....second, they got it done in about two hours from my appointment time..not great to replace a tire, but not bad. third, they have a nice lounge with snacks...fourth they have clean and modern rest rooms. fifth, they have me a managers discount, with a final price competitive with discount tire shops...not bad!! More

BMW of Mountain View and the people who work there make the car buying experience a true pleasure. I cannot say enough good things about them. Buying a car, especially in this market, can be a dreadful experience, but BMW of Mountain View was the exact opposite. They treated me like I was more than just a dollar sign. They authentically made me feel important to them and that my needs were paramount. They sincerely appreciated my purchase from them and I appreciated how different they were from most other dealerships. It all starts at the top with GM P.J. Roshan and the fantastic culture he has created, as delivered by his top notch staff. My salesperson "G", as he is referred to, was a pleasure to work with and made everything easy and seamless. I cannot thank him enough for all of his hard work and making the purchase possible. When buying a vehicle, going through the finance department can be a real chore where you are a captive audience, for another sales presentation on aftermarket offers. But here, Hadi was fantastic.....no pressure, just a wonderful guy anyone would be lucky to call a friend, who shared with care, rather than tried to "sell" us. Sales Managers, Don and Steven, were also class acts that made everything professional, yet personable. This place is top notch all the way around. If you are in the market for a BMW, do yourself a favor and reach out to BMW of Mountain View. The people above earned my business and I have no doubt they will do the same for you. More
