Wayne Hong provided a great service experience and the service department did their best to eliminate the elusive cause of a pesky rattle in my headliner/sunroof. service department did their best to eliminate the elusive cause of a pesky rattle in my headliner/sunroof. More

Very good service through out the process. The service adviser, reception staff and delivery driver were all top notch. The wait time for car delivery after paying the bill was a bit long though ( ~15 min adviser, reception staff and delivery driver were all top notch. Mark Sleiman at BMW of Mountain View was awesome! He took care of us several years ago and also this time, and he is always so patient and accommodating. BMW of Mountain View was recently renovated and took care of us several years ago and also this time, and he is always so patient and accommodating. BMW of Mountain View was recently renovated and it has made the process smoother for sure. I love the fact that I can get a loaner if I book with some advance notice and, in fact, drive 1.5 hours out of my way (past a closer dealership) to go to this one! More
They were very helpful and checked my car. After the maintenance here, the car is in great shape. Loaner is plentiful and very easy to use. maintenance here, the car is in great shape. Loaner is plentiful and very easy to use. More
I bought my son a used Acura from BMW as a birthday present. The radio didn’t work because the computer required a hard reset which has to be done by an Acura dealer. The BMW salesperson said he would present. The radio didn’t work because the computer required a hard reset which has to be done by an Acura dealer. The BMW salesperson said he would make an appointment for me with Acura for the following Monday. I decided I didn’t want to hand over this present without a working stereo, and not wait two days to gift it, so I stopped at the Acura dealer after leaving BMW and paid the $185 for the hard reset. Now, yes it was disheartening that after BMW had to put minimal effort into my cash purchase (which I did not haggle at all) that they were not willing to reimburse me, but it was more of an issue that the salesperson felt the need to scold me both when I called to explain what I was doing at the Acura dealer, but also when he called to follow up. As much as it was tough for BMW to part with a measly $185 amid their sales of six-figure vehicles carrying insane amounts of mark-up, it was more disappointing that I was spoken to like I was in need of education and that I should have waited for them to make the “free” appointment and that “he told me what to do and I did something else on my own so he cannot help me as I should have done as I was told”. I doubt very much the middle aged male executive that was there at the same time buying a $100,000.00 BMW for his 16 year old son would have been spoken to like I was. I can ABSOLUTELY afford a new BMW if I so choose to buy one. However, I would definitely seek out a more respectful dealership that understands how important the customer journey is INCLUDING post-purchase support. Keep that $185 that you obviously so desperately need. All I need is an apology for being spoken down to and scolded by a man who clearly has no respect for women. Do better BMW. P.S., to add insult to injury, submitting this review enters me into a $100 giveaway. How ironic and just further proof that I was discriminated against. More
