I had leased a BMW i3 in 2019 for a three year term. The lease ended this month and after review of the current marked elected to buy the car at lease end. I returned the car to the dealership for inspection to get BMW Certified which allows purchase of an extended warranty and a discount on the financing. All arrangements were made in advance by phone (for Covid safety) with sales manager Bahman Farzan and service representative Mark Nappi. All was ready and quick when I went to the dealership to drop off the car for inspection (free Lyft home) and then the next day to sign the purchase documents. Could not have been an easier transaction. All staff at the dealership were professional and courteous. More
