The battery in my BMW died, leaving me with the need to first get the a jumper assist at home and then service at BMW to replace the battery. The jumper service, however, did not schedule times, so I coul first get the a jumper assist at home and then service at BMW to replace the battery. When I arrived, I was quickly met, checked in and sent home with a promise of a call when the car was ready for pick up. That afternoon the call came, and the car was repaired, cleaned and ready to go. In all my interactions, the BMW staff were as helpful as possible. More
