Kevin Butler was a great sales person. He was knowledgeable about the features of the X5 45e I was interested in yet was not pushing to try and make me buy any car on the lot. I ended up orderin knowledgeable about the features of the X5 45e I was interested in yet was not pushing to try and make me buy any car on the lot. I ended up ordering mine and he worked with me through the process and made the buying experience very pleasant. Hadi Davoodi my finance manager was a true professional who explained additional protection options available to me if I was interested in without putting any pressure to chose one or the other. Called and made an appointment for the next day. 30 min before my appointment they called to tell me the car I was looking into had sold. Really shouldn’t be wasting people’s time like that.
