You (your people) did everything right in my purchase of my new car. Respectful and low pressure sales approach (Mat), promises fulfilled, efficient, etc. Mat even drove up to Roseville to grab my car out o my new car. We towed a new Airstream from NC with our 2019 X5, experiencing trailer light problems. Just to make sure the X5 was not the problem we took it to BMW of Mountain View for a checkup. The service advis experiencing trailer light problems. Just to make sure the X5 was not the problem we took it to BMW of Mountain View for a checkup. The service advisor, Kyle Ossello was super helpful and tracked down the info we needed plus gave our X5 a clean bill of health. The problem was the blue tooth brake controller. An X5 is a tremendous tow vehicle. Plenty of power for a 3 ton trailer. More
