My wife and I stopped by the dealership to see what they had in our price range. Mike came out with a smile and greeted us like he had known us for years. Made us feel right at home. The salesman was very helpful and informative. He showed me all my options of cars on the lot. He was very friendly. I never felt pressured. He worked very hard to meet my budget needs by exhausting all avenues of financing. I felt important to him. I felt he cared and he wanted me to have a good experience. He even stayed after work late a few times to meet with me. And then came in on his day off to make the deal (he had other customers as well) but it made a good impression on me. I would definately purchase another car from this dealership and thru the same salesman. More

Geoffrey Simeona with BMW of Murray put us at ease and guided us through the process. He discussed the models and gave us two test drives, one for the 3 series and one for the 5 series. We decided on the 535i x-drive. Geoffrey did not pressure us in any way. He calmly answered our questions and and explained the advantages of each model. He guided us through the ordering process, explained the financial arrangements available and made the whole process very easy. His knowledge of BMW's is extensive and was a great value to us in making our decision. We have had many stressful experiences in buying new cars in the past with pushy sales people and difficult war like negotiating. We were relieved of these fears in our visit to BMW of Murray and Geofrrey Simeona. Buying our new BMW was actually fun. Geoffrey was professional, knowledgable, never pushy, and he exceeded our expetations in all ways. When the car arrived, he thoroughly explained all features and controls. He called me later and answered some addtional questions. Everyone at BMW of Murray was genuinely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Geoffrey Simeona and BMW of Murray for an outstanding car buying experience. We love our new BMW! More

Service advisor, Travis Nelson, provides clear explanations up front and keeps you posted on the progress of the work being performed. He is just absolutely AWESOME !!!!!!!! The service manager is amazing and he goes out of his way consistently to be fair, reasonable and accommodating. They really helped me out a lot since that was the first time I had to pay for repairs out of my own pocket( my car recently went out of warranty). I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GREAT THINGS ABOUTH CENTER and how much they helped me out . I had a really good experience. Not only in terms of the work performed on my car but in terms of the customer service I received. Thanks a lot ! I hope to not return for another mechanical failure for a long time but know that when I do, I will be in good hands! More

We have bought several cars from Dan Ellis over the years. He is consistently responsive, knowledgeable, professional, easy to deal with, and fair. For example, he was most helpful in getting us trade-in information and discussing the implications of our selling our current car ourselves. In my most recent purchase of the new X3, Dan spent an inordinate amount of time going over all of the features in the car to ensure that I would be set even before opening the owner's manual. He set up my phone on the car's blue tooth system and followed up to answer some open questions on its use. He is delightful to work with and made this purchase easy and stress-free! Took delivery in Munich Germany. It was a fantastic experience. They set everything up for me. It went smoothly. Lots of fun, and a factory tour too. Took 8 weeks for the car to get back to Utah. I have dealt with BMW of Murray for over 10 years, regularly interacting with sales, service, and parts departments, and have been consistently impressed with their customer service approach. On the sales end, Robert Clark has facilitated 5 or more purchases, and has always made certain that I understood everything I needed to for the transaction to conclude successfully. In particular, he's gone the extra mile to make sure that I got the most competitive pricing possible, both on the actual vehicle pricing and the terms of several leases. In addition, he is the extremely rare car salesperson who knows everything about all the vehicles he represents, and presents his knowledge in a user-friendly, hands-on way that really comes through on a test drive. Finally, when Robert delivers a car, he budgets all the time necessary to allow a customer to learn the vehicle's systems, and even attends to small details such as getting satellite radio set up, hooking up Bluetooth phones, putting your home on the navigation system, etc. Robert is a consummate professional, which is why he has a loyal customer base who wouldn't think of buying a car without speaking with him. In the service department, I've had the great pleasure of working with Jeff Jorgensen for the past 6 or 8 years. Jeff is incredibly busy, and yet always slows down enough to take the time to explain everything he needs to for the customer to be satisfied, whether that's the actual issues with the vehicle, or scheduling conflicts, or the paperwork and invoice. Whenever I leave a voicemail for Jeff, I'm always surprised at how quickly he returns the call, usually within minutes. Jeff is also very diligent at making sure that he does everything possible to make a car dealership visit - nobody's idea of a fun time! - an enjyable one. He seems to really "get" that the sales department may sell the 1st car to me, but it is the service department that sells the 2nd, 3rd, and so on. More
