The car had more options than we really needed, but the demo John gave us convinced us the safety and performance was worth the extra money. No pressure from John, just a professional and educational experience regarding BMW and the X3. We actually went home to think about our decision. We called John later that night and worked out the deal over the phone. Picked up the car the next morning. After the sale, John went through every minute detail of the technology and options. With a purchase this important, we expected to be treated with professionalism and courtesy. John exhibited both and is the reason we went with BMW. When we sat down to do the ordering purchase of our X6 John went over all the options with us step by step on what we wanted to have put on the car when built. John keep us updated all along the way as the build of the X6 was being completed. When the X6 was delivered to the dealership John Haselroth gave us a call right away and had the X6 ready for us to pick up that evening. It was about 11:00 pm after we had completed all the paper work, and John was with us in the car going over some of the options the new X6 had. John Haselroth never making us feel that he was in a hurry! From the first time we had walked into the dealership to now John Haselroth has been very respectful, friendly, helpful.
