Took an 1 hour just to bring the loaner car around! I live in Temecula and because of her i will take my X5 to another dealer, as well as inform all my family members and friends about my experience. VERY POOR VEHICLE SERVICE Took the 2013 528i in for a routine oil change and a check engine light. Diagnosis was it needed a fuel tank vent. No problem. Next comes their "Wo Took the 2013 528i in for a routine oil change and a check engine light. Diagnosis was it needed a fuel tank vent. No problem. Next comes their "World Class Vehicle Inspection". Transmission leaks, that can only be discovered when you pull the transmission pan. Kinda thought that was the purpose of the pan, but oh well. Repairs needed: Techtronic Sleeve, $30 for the part, but 1800 to change it. What a scam since they just had the transmission apart last year due to another transmission leak. Same story. But, the last time it was apart, they could have changed the sleeve and been done with it. Nope. Called a European Car mechanic in Temecula and the same repair is $685 includes parts and labor. Service adviser had very little explanations for the several questions I had, and I finally told them to button it up and do nothing. Next day, got a call from the adviser and was told they would correct the problem at no charge, their mistake for not doing it correctly the first time. Relieved, saving me nearly $2000. Took an extra week to order the parts, and finally got my car back. Going over the paperwork now, and find no mention of the transmission repairs. Issue states, "Customer states the transmission is leaking". Cleaned and Checked transmission for leaks, checked the fluid level, found no leaks. ????? What is going on here???? Called the adviser and he explained they didn't need any parts, just some "spray" and re-torque the bolts. Hmmm, sound like a scam??? I will NEVER take my car back to this place again, nor will I ever buy another BMW. Crooks at the service dept has changed my mind about this dealership, and BMW as a whole. More

Above and beyond. I decided to purchase a X6M for my girlfriend so I hit the internet to find the perfect car. I clicked on the BMW of Murrieta's web site and searched I decided to purchase a X6M for my girlfriend so I hit the internet to find the perfect car. I clicked on the BMW of Murrieta's web site and searched for this very hard to find X6M. after a very short search I found the car I was looking for, to make it even easier I had a very nice live chat discussion with a very helpful sales person that told me that they still had the car and she would have their Internet sales manager call me in the morning. 8:00am the next morning Carl gave me a call, we went over the details and within minutes we put a deal together. I told him this was a surprise for my girlfriend so he arranged to have the car delivered to my doorstep later that evening, keep in mind we live 3.5 hours away. The delivery person Matt was also fantastic, he played along with the surprise and made the experience even better. If you are in the market for a BMW there is only one dealer I would recommend and that's BMW of Murrieta. Thank you for the awesome experience. More
Excellent customer experience all the way to Hawaii!!! I tried my local dealership in Honolulu and quickly remembered why I don't like visiting dealerships. Working with Dave and his team has been a breath of fresh air as he helped me lease a 530i. The car is currently on a boat and on it's way, can't wait!!! More

He contacted me not long after I sent in the request to go take a look at the 328i . He walked us through everything with ease and he explained the whole process to us. They have taken care of everything. I had forgotten to get my LSU tire valve cover caps off of my car that we traded in and I called him the next day to see if they still had my car. They did and he went out there and removed them for me. It is the small things like that that make a customer come back to the same place over and over again!!! And yes we will be back!! If you want someone to take care of you and help you with learning how to operate you BMW this is the place to go to!! Thank you Carl Burt!!! We are very happy with our 1st BMW More
