I used my USAA cay buying services to lock in a deal and get the financing that I budgeted for. I literally drove 40 minutes after work, to the dealership....by myself. I heard that going to a dealership as a single female with no back up, would cost me...but I gave it a chance. I had scheduled the appointment the day before and I had no idea what to expect. When I reached the dealership and met Dave, I instantly felt comfortable. None of that cheesy, bossy, overbearing affect that car dealers usually have. We sat down, went over some things and then he pulled by gorgeous 430i grand coupe to the front, and one look at it and I was sold. The test drive was fun and very informative. This man knows his stuff. . The price was fair, the trade in value was fair and although the overall wait time was extensive (which is to be expected) he checked in periodically with me, reminding me of the refreshments their lobby offered. The best car buying experience thus far. My baby is running great and I get constant stares and compliments. Couldn't be happier!!!! More

My service advisor was so nice, professional, honest & positive.....i felt immediately at ease by greeting me with a big smile & shaking my hand.
