My husband was given a 528i loaner since service was closed for the Christmas weekend. I was called promptly at 7:30 Monday morning to say my vehicle was ready. Within 5 minutes of arriving at the dealership, my repair was explained and my car ordered to be brought around. I was treated with the utmost professionalism and courtesy, as is the case each time I have brought any of my BMWS in for service. The experience is similar to belonging to a country club- great service, no stress and a feeling of belonging. More
