If I have to wait the Lounge is great with large screen tv, lots of snacks and internet access. Service is always done well with comments and advice from the Car Angels who actually repair my car. And, my Service Advisor leads me through the process. This time my advisor was BRANDON GARST and he was truly a perfect communicator. He explained ever detail and treated me so personably. Allison assisted Brandon on a day he was out and she patiently answered every question. There are other names of Service people that I must learn so I can thank them personally. BMW of Murrieta is a dealership that I wholeheartedly recommend. More

Jeorge Amezcum, Sales Manager, ensured we were taken care of during the process and approved a great deal.  Thomas Forget from Finance provided options and made the paperwork easy. We returned to BMW of Murritta because on a prior visit, we met with Ileen from Internet Sales who made us feel comfortable and provided excellent information about the cars and the buying options available.  We also spent some time with a lot assistant (I can't remember her name) who did an outstanding job explaining and demonstrating the cars and options to us. Overall, we had a great experience buying a new BMW from BMW or Murrieta.  This is high praise as I don't usually like dealing with car dealerships. I do wish I could have put more of the purchase on accredit card to earn enough miles to get a free plane ticket More

We were only planning on selling our used car, but decided to look at BMW's used vehicles o Carl Burt was extremely helpful, polite and professional. We were only planning on selling our used car, but decided to look at BMW's used vehicles on display. Carl gave us ample information about the vehicles, but also gave us enough alone time to look and discuss; he even brought an umbrella to us, due to the rain! We ended up buying a 328i and got a great deal with a very good trade in price for our old car. Carl and the dealership went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable; they offered hot drinks and snacks and were all very nice and easy to talk to. Carl has followed up since to see how we like the car and is going to show my wife all the car's features at a future appointment. Very good experience overall. Thank you. More
