Very unprofessional, spoke with Thomas about a vehicle on yesterday did credit application and he said he will call back. I went ahead and got a pre approval and told him I would be there Saturday morning. C yesterday did credit application and he said he will call back. Calls back and says yes it sold yesterday. Then says if you want to see anything else let me know...sir I will not. Just know you lost a guaranteed sale! More
Where should I began? I was definitely WOW'D by the response time and communication with this location. I inquired about a BMW I saw online and within the hour I received an email from Corbin. About 30 minutes after I received another follow up email from the internet sales manager to be sure someone had contacted me regarding my inquiry. I received an email with a COMPLETE and THOROUGH walk through of the vehicle that left no questions to be asked. It was like a VIP Showcase viewing if you ask me lol. The follow up calls were on point and they made the 3 hour drive to pick up my new car worth every hour. I am definitely a happy new customer of the BMW Family! Thank you BMW of Myrtle Beach!! Upon arrival at BMW of Myrtle Beach Mr. Ed Thompson extended a warm greeting to my wife and me. He took us to the vehicle we were interested in, answered all of our questions, and told us he would con extended a warm greeting to my wife and me. We were only in Myrtle Beach for the weekend, but when we returned to Sumter, SC we contacted him several times for additional information and he replied to each request expediently. Approximately two weeks later we made coordination with Ed and returned to BMW of Myrtle Beach to test drive a Mercedes S550 and a BMW 740I. We purchased a BMW 740I and prior to departing the dealership spoke to Ed's supervisor and expressed our complete satisfaction with the superb customer service Ed provided.
