Very unprofessional, spoke with Thomas about a vehicle on yesterday did credit application and he said he will call back. Upon arrival at BMW of Myrtle Beach Mr. Ed Thompson extended a warm greeting to my wife and me. He took us to the vehicle we were interested in, answered all of our questions, and told us he would con extended a warm greeting to my wife and me. We were only in Myrtle Beach for the weekend, but when we returned to Sumter, SC we contacted him several times for additional information and he replied to each request expediently. Approximately two weeks later we made coordination with Ed and returned to BMW of Myrtle Beach to test drive a Mercedes S550 and a BMW 740I. We purchased a BMW 740I and prior to departing the dealership spoke to Ed's supervisor and expressed our complete satisfaction with the superb customer service Ed provided.
