We did our homework so we knew what we would pay, EVERYONE was super friendly and helpful, from our salesman Wheeler Johnson, Ryan O'Connor and of course the Genius Jake Werrbach. I always feel like I am family when I walk in the door. Steven Pescatello is my Service advisor and he always takes great care of my cars. Friendly Service Advisors, poor quality of service At one time I would have recommended the quality of the BMW service department. Sadly, now, I can no longer do so. My BMW had a rough idle, and was to At one time I would have recommended the quality of the BMW service department. Sadly, now, I can no longer do so. My BMW had a rough idle, and was towed to their service department. They replaced one part after another, and the issue was not resolved. After several follow up phone calls, I was told that I would need to have the engine rebuilt. Being skeptical of the diagnosis, and fear of being taken for a ride (sorry for the pun) I paid the balance so I could have my car released, and had it towed to a nearby garage for repairs. That mechanic discovered that one of the bolts holding the timing chain wasn’t tightened and was the cause of the engine problems. Coincidentally, the BMW service department replaced that timing chain a year earlier. I’m currently exploring the option of filing a complaint with the DMV. This is my opinion… More

Lou and Eli are very cunning in screwing people as a team. Bottom line went to BMW of Newport and blown away with customer service, amount given on trade (more than 3000) more than BMW of New London and better deal on car ordered.
