Buyer beware — as of early May, BMW of Newton is unilaterally reneging on dozens of previously negotiated customer orders unless the customers agree to pay $1500 above invoice. The general manager and sales manager of BMW Newton have washed their hands of the situation and pointed the finger at the president of Open Road as he personally directed this new short-sighted policy, purportedly in response to BMW’s supply issues. What a poor representative of the BMW brand. Avoid Open Road dealerships at all costs and instead patronize dealers who operate ethically and keep their word. Don’t feed corporate greed! More
Usually, I buy my vehicle locally, but when it came to buying a new car in 2020, inventory at my local dealers was limited. This took me over 100 miles from home to BMW of Newton, who had a 5 Series that buying a new car in 2020, inventory at my local dealers was limited. This took me over 100 miles from home to BMW of Newton, who had a 5 Series that checked off all my boxes. Gail got the ball rolling for me and turned me over to Amit, who was able to get 100% of the transaction done remotely and made the whole buying process very easy. He was easy to connect with via Phone, Email, or Text, so I all needed to make the 3-hour drive up to the dealership and collect the new vehicle. In a rush to get back home once I picked up the new car, I came home to find the EV Power Charger, and Toolkit was missing from the trunk, which was disappointing as I was not able to charge the car once I got home. Still, Amit was incredibly responsive and was able to get everything mailed out to me ASAP. Even though it can be frustrating when things don't go perfectly, it's always a good test to see a dealer will come through and make things right. This is why I would highly recommend working with Amit Milan and the BMW of Newton team to anyone in their local market, or even for those further afield. Not only will you get a good deal, but you will be treated right. More

Sales manager Derrick was great, Finance guy Eli had good knowledge and delivery gut Pedro had a very professional approach. CASREFUKL WHEN MAKING NEW PURCHASE!!! I will admit- this may be first time salesman found the car I wanted, not want they wanted to sell me. They had to go Connecticut to find X3 with Prem I will admit- this may be first time salesman found the car I wanted, not want they wanted to sell me. They had to go Connecticut to find X3 with Premium Audio. Problem was when I asked for Out the Door Price including possession of my 428xi coming off lease, they did not pay BMW finance for minor scratches. Months later, I got bill for $400+ which manager Jim? says "he is waiting to hear back from management!" I guess "Out the Door" means price to walk out the door now, and more bills to follow!!! More

Lied numerous times during online purchase Unfortunately I was blatantly lied to numerous times during my transaction. After filing a formal complaint with the company, I was promptly dismissed without any repercussions to the salesman (Amit), nor any compensation for over-paying. For context, I purchased a vehicle from them online. We spoke over the phone numerous times and I received dozens of pictures. I was open and pried more than once for any defects with the vehicle. Upon receiving the vehicle, I found issues with the following: * half the speakers blown (listed with functioning stereo system) * temperamental 4WD (listed with fully functioning 4WD) * detached sun visor (was cropped out from photos, plus salesman failed to notify me). * Poor wiring for hands-free system (ditto above) * dead battery and low pressure tires (both should be a courtasie) More
