Professional, competent, friendly staff. Jerry is the best. Jerry is an amazing manager of the sales department. He is incredibly caring about his clients and the work done for them. More importantly, he is a great person who makes everyone feel welcome in the service department and confident that things will be done to the best possible standard. In fact, everyone in the service department is friendly and professional and they make waiting there more like a pleasant visit than a chore to be done. Louis, who I have known for years going back to when he was at another dealership, always greets me with a smile and wants to know how things are going. Anderson is always right on it when I bring the car in and double checks with me to make sure everything is okay and asks about what I am bringing the car in for. I have had conversations with a few mechanics, whose names I did not get a chance to get, but they too are welcoming and kind to customers, and give off the feeling they take pride in their work. I have never had an issue where the car wasn't properly serviced or washed, and I can't recall having to ask for anything twice after speaking with your team. Lisa and the other people at the reception desk also always make sure to greet me and are a pleasure to deal with. I also get to speak to Josh Jacobs in the sales department and he is always happy to say hi and ask how everything is going, while also keeping me up to date on new things going on with the brand. Taylor also always asks how things are going, as does Ben. You have a good group of people there, and Jerry runs a stellar service department. He is a true professional. More

my first horrendous bmw buying experience Went in to buy a used BMW, and found the experience to be rather pathetic. i usually buy my BMWs at the BMW of Ridgefield or Darien, but they didn't h Went in to buy a used BMW, and found the experience to be rather pathetic. i usually buy my BMWs at the BMW of Ridgefield or Darien, but they didn't have the 3 series with the miles i wanted. i've had many experiences buying used and new BMW's but this one was the worst experience i've ever had. I came in to the dealership asked for a salesman, i was solemnly greeted by Chris Combs. i usually have small talk with my salesman about the BMW's i've had over the years but this guy didn't respond or had any input on older BMW's...not a deal breaker but the first time i've experienced this...most BMW salesmen know what an e30 or an e46 is at least, or have some knowledge of the BMW brand. this guy looked like he hated his job or maybe he was afraid i would waste his time because i'm 24 years old and drove in with my classic Tahoe. guy was in a bad mood, dragged his feet until he knew i had the funds to pay for it. After he knew i wasn't kidding he became a little nicer. i waited an hour and a half for the finance guy to show up because their finance guy quit and they were borrowing the finance guy from Mercedes next door. after i cleared with the finance guy Chris had me wait for a woman to come to show me the features of the car...waited 20 min and still no show, i had to leave because it was a complete waste of time. Bottom line is i want to be show respect and want to feel like my business is valued. I will never go back to BMW of North Haven, i don't care if the price is 5k or even 10k above at nearby dealerships. This is not what i expect of a BMW salesman or a dealership..i have a BMW group of more than 150 members in the northeast and will strongly recommend them to avoid North Haven at all cost. More
