Dealer is selling vehicles that are not Certified worthy! I purchased a certified pre-owned 7 series from this dealer back in August 2018. When I drove my vehicle off the lot the washer fluid was spraying all I purchased a certified pre-owned 7 series from this dealer back in August 2018. When I drove my vehicle off the lot the washer fluid was spraying all over the hood of the vehicle. I went back immediately. They had to order a part to fix this issue. When I went back the following week to have this issue addressed I also mentioned a vibration while driving and braking. The dealer was unable to duplicate the issue. I went in on 11/13/18 for an oil change and once again mentioned a vibration. The dealer stated at that time that I have 4 bent rims on a car I’ve only owned for 3 months! The dealer refused to address this issue. They also refused to address the vibration while braking. I had to go to another BMW dealer to have the brakes addressed on 11/23/18. The other dealer noticed the front rotors were worn & replaced Them! They also stated that the rims on my vehicle were indeed bent. BMW of North Haven sold me a “certified pre-owned” vehicle that should not have been Certified! They sold me a vehicle with 4 bent rims and refuses to address the issue. BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS DEALER!! More

CPO Repair I recently had an issue with a noise when the air conditioner was on. Scheduled the appointment online. A quick email confirmed the appointment. Dropped the car off and was called early in the day to let me know the noise had been diagnosed and the compressor needed to be replaced. The service writer asked if it was ok to keep the car overnight. The car was ready when promised and the repair was covered under the CPO warranty. Very professional and courteous staff. I have had several recalls completed here and all were handled in the same professional and courteous manner. More

Very courteous. Had to bring my X6 in for service. I was given a really nice loaner for about 7 days. Fixed my car, warranty paid and I was out the door. Scheduled service I have my wife’s and my BMW service performed at North Haven dealership for more than seven years now. it does not matter if it is a simple oil chang I have my wife’s and my BMW service performed at North Haven dealership for more than seven years now. it does not matter if it is a simple oil change or a complicated troubleshooting of the car the job is performed at the highest standard. The staff is very well trained and if you are interested in getting the details of the job performed they will be glad to explain you all technical reasoning. I feel confident that the job will be done right when I leave my BMW for service. An additional benefit of this dealership is that I can call the name of mechanic who will work on my car. His name is Dave Argentino. He is an excellent mechanic who always goes extra miles to do the job right. I can tell that he loves what he is doing. I wish every dealership would have their own Dave but I doubt that. I will definitely continue servicing my cars at North Haven dealership. More
