Brought car in for service Everyone was very pleasant and directed me where to go the minute I pulled into the driveway. Very impressive. Great service This was a great dealership, they guided me where I needed to pull up and there was a gentleman waiting to take my name and information. Ashley was excellent - she kept me fully informed My proplem was more complicated than most as my car was stalling intermittently and not throwing a code. Ashley arranged a loaner car and the sevice d My proplem was more complicated than most as my car was stalling intermittently and not throwing a code. Ashley arranged a loaner car and the sevice department did not give up until they replicated the issue and found a solution - new fuel pumps. During the 10 days my car was in the shop, Ashley provided regular updates which let me know that the sevice department was not going to release the car unless they were confident the problem was solved. Since receiving the car it has not stalled at all so they did properly diagnose and fix the problem. Normally a 10 day turn around would not be acceptable but with Ashley providing regular updates it let me know that the BMW Sevice department took my complaint seriously and did not want to release the car even though it was a difficult problem to diagnose. More

Older vehicle...still get treated like a new car I had to bring my wife's 11 year old e46 in for brakes. yes, I could have brought the car to an independent repair shop and maybe saved a bit , but, w I had to bring my wife's 11 year old e46 in for brakes. yes, I could have brought the car to an independent repair shop and maybe saved a bit , but, why would I do that when for over fifteen years and five bimmers, I have always received the best service at BMW of North Haven. It doesn't matter if your car is 10 minutes old or ten years old. The service department is second to none. From the moment you are greeted by the SA ( in my case Ashley ), to the moment you pick your car up, you are treated like you mean something to them. Your total satisfaction is their goal and they meet that goal each time I go there. Their quality of work is excellent. Their knowledge of the vehicle is extensive and the car is always repaired right the first time. Outstanding....keep up the good work More

airbag light is on Yesterday on August 24,2015 I went to this Dealer for oil Change service and because my airbag light was on due to a recall on the airbag it self,and Yesterday on August 24,2015 I went to this Dealer for oil Change service and because my airbag light was on due to a recall on the airbag it self,and the service man told me they would fix it because it fell under the recall, after a 2 1/2 hour wait,I ask the guy at the service dept was everything done he stated to me yes all the work was done I had a dr appointment and the light was still on Now low and be hold I have to wait till the moring to call them to see why the did not fix a recall airbag problem that was going to be done for free I am very disappointed with there service More
