Purchased a 2011 pre-owned certified 328 sedan My wife and I visited BMW of North Haven last Monday with an interest in checking out three Pre-owned certified 2011 328 sedans that we discovered on My wife and I visited BMW of North Haven last Monday with an interest in checking out three Pre-owned certified 2011 328 sedans that we discovered on a web posting over the weekend. We met Basel Saad in the show room. After informing us that the three vehicles were either already under deposit or sold, he was able to curb our disappointment by encouraging us to check out other vehicles on the lot including one that had just come in over the weekend (the one we ended up purchasing). Upon learning that we already owned a BMW and having owned BMWs, the discussion with Basel was more about what we wanted than the need to sell us a BMW. The experience was comfortable, casual and quite frankly very friendly (we never felt under pressure on the purchase at all). Mike in financing was great, with humor in the right places, got us through the paperwork painlessly and rather quickly. Stephanie was the auto tech that showed us features on the car taking care to make sure that she didn't bore us with things we already know with our other 3 Series. She took us to a new level of understanding with our 3 series cars in a very friendly positive approach. This is our first pre-owned certified and probably not our last. Although the "Ultimate Driving Machine" really sells itself to BMW affectionados, it really helps to to experience an incredible team of support from your dealership. We would recommend BMW of North Haven to anyone looking to purchase a BMW (and already have). More

I happened to be in the area, stopped in and met Rick, got the info and shared it with my wife, she called Rick back and we set up a appointment. We both went to the dealership, felt welcomed, gave us a very fair price on a trade-in, we picked out a 328d xi sport wagon after my wife drove it. The bottom line price with the trade-in was excellent. We went back 2 days later and picked up our new vehicle. Rick introduced us to Steve (GM) and Chris who handled the delivery and spent close to 2 hours explaining the workings of the vehicle to us (great job). This one of the few times, I felt we were being treated as customers should be, from the top on down. Kudo's to BMW of North Haven. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in Connecticut, we traveled from southwest CT (there are closer BMW dealerships), could not have been happier, great people to do business with. More

Wow! I can't beleive I really have a BMW I really lucked out getting Christopher Combs as my client advisor. I had been shopping for about 2 months when we connected. There were three other dealers I had been talking with and all just wanted me to go down to the dealership and would give me very little information over the phone and E-mail. Chris on the other hand answered all my questions. As a matter of fact we did 99% of the deal either on the phone or by E-mail. I went to the dealer twice. Once to sign the papers and the other to pick up my 328Xi GT That was last Friday and every day since, when I open my garage in the morning and see that BMW I still can’t believe it is mine.
