Overall experience was acceptable My overall experience was acceptable however i was disappointed in a few things. 1) No one mentioned to me that i would be responsible for paying f My overall experience was acceptable however i was disappointed in a few things. 1) No one mentioned to me that i would be responsible for paying for extra mileage once i turned in my vehicle. i did not find out about the additional expense until the day of delivery while signing documents. 2) No one looked at the car i was returning until after i left on the day of delivery of my new car which then required me to come back and re-do paperwork. Upon inspection of my old car they realized it had some options they wanted so they asked me to come back and return the check they had given for 3 remaining payments on my old lease. 3) Bluetooth audio still does not work - during delivery and walk through of the vehicle the delivery specialist had trouble setting up bluetooth audio - this still does not work 4) My BMW accounts all seem to be in my former married name, not my current and legal name - the registration is in the correct name but everything else is incorrect. I cannot complete set up of BMW assist until i contact BMW center to have this changed - my monthly bills are also in my former name (which has not been my legal name in 2 years). 5) I specifically requested no advertising on my vehicle - no stickers or license plate holders. when i picked up my vehicle there were dealer license plate holders…not a huge deal, just a nuisance since i asked to not have this. 6) 3 days after picking up my vehicle all 4 tires were low and needed air More

There was never any pressure and I was able to get the car I always wanted and at a price I was comfortable wit times and answered all my questions. I was greeted promptly upon arriving in the service garage, and then quickly found my way to the service desk. The service rep there took my information and I waited for a few minutes to meet with Jerr garage, and then quickly found my way to the service desk. Jerry arranged for my rental car, while the car was in the shop for a few repair items that he detailed for me. Jerry was very clear about the type of work that would be done to the car. The service is really bad at this place, they will fix one issue and send you home with a new problem. Its a never ending process of maintenance on a car which is supposed to be "The Ultimate Driving Mach one issue and send you home with a new problem.
