I went to this dealer for a problem with my phone, which was using slurred words and a suffix at the end which sounded German. They could not find the reason so they kept the car (and gave me a loaner) and was using slurred words and a suffix at the end which sounded German. He took the issue back to headquarters and will see if there is a fix available. They were very friendly in all my interactions and kept me informed on when the vehilce would be ready. I enjoyed my experience with them. More

Went there to trade my current BMW 325XI and purchase a new 2013 BMW 3 series, as I walked into the sales office, all I saw was a bunch of men sitting in their cubes/offices, not one salesman approached me new 2013 BMW 3 series, as I walked into the sales office, all I saw was a bunch of men sitting in their cubes/offices, not one salesman approached me, I was walking around in their show room for about 20 mins. and they couldn't even greet me or ask me if I'm being helped. Finally I went up to Chris Combs, he turned out to be a real arrogant SOB and uninterested in even showing me any cars, told me that it's 87 degrees outside and he didn't want to walk around to show me their inventory, and told me that I can take a look myself and if I see anything to come inside to chat with him, and then had the nerve to ask me how do I plan on paying for it....what a joke!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! THEY ARE A BUNCH OF ARROGANT MEN WHO WALK AROUND AS IF THEY OWN THE PLACE!! At the end of the day, their just salesman, not some Corporate CEO'S OR VP's....So disgusted, they are not there to sell cars! Go to another BMW dealership like I did and get a great deal from friendly salesman who care to sell cars, avoid BMW of North Haven! More

This is my 3rd BMW from North Haven and Basal has been my salesman for all 3. I live in Greenwich and it takes me almost an hour to get to the dealership but it's worth the trip........he's always been grea salesman for all 3.
