after picking up my car after it was at the dealership for a week and no work was done on it because even though the brakes were grinding and squeaking they didn't feel they needed to be replaced (so clos for a week and no work was done on it because even though the brakes were grinding and squeaking they didn't feel they needed to be replaced (so close to the warranty being up where I would have to pay for new brakes, they quoted me on new brakes but told me I wouldn't need them for another 48k miles). I found a half eaten ham sandwich and a water bottle with cold ice still in it under the passenger seat. The dealerships response was that no one claimed the sandwich as theirs, or admitted to putting 50 miles on my car. Will never return. More
