Check why 2 days after a rain storm, there was still moisture on windows when put up/down. 4. Car Alarm going off randomly at night (garaged). Nick was my advisor. Dropped off car Wednesday night, called Nick because I wanted to make sure that the issue with the moisture on windows was clear. Assured me it was. Also texted him to make sure all other issues were looked into. His reply “I'll make sure everything is working properly”. Picked up car two days later and charged $194 diagnostic fee. The ONLY description on my bill was about checking for water in my car. Never ever did I say I had water coming in my car! That’s why I called the next day to reiterate what I was experiencing! I asked him for a summary of everything they looked at. He said it’s all there. I said “no it’s not” so he begins to read it, I says that’s NOT what I mean. Where’s the summary of all those concerns you told me were looked into? So he says I need to talk to Ashley! Trying to make this short but…Ashley goes back to talk with tech and apparently none of those things were done so Nick lied. This is my 3rd BMW purchased from THIS dealer mind you. Ashley assured me she’d make it right and offered to keep my car over the weekend. I had places to be and needed my car so she told me to call again when I could bring car in. Well Saturday driving to my son’s game, a message about a blind spot malfunction appears. This feature did not work the entire ride. Monday morning I called and left a voicemail for Ashley. Tuesday comes around no return call so maybe she was off on Monday?? Called at 4:30 on Tuesday and left another voice mail because driving my husband home from the hospital, the same warning blind spot malfunction message appeared. This is not good customer service. We visited a bunch of dealerships in North Haven, and the BMW experience was by far the best. Working with Stephanie it was easy even with the Covid and shortage of new cars. We sat down and picked out what I wanted as extras on the car and upgrades and I received my car in a timely fashion.
