Upon pick up car was out in back in snow, not started not cleaned. Had to ask an employee for an ice scrapper and clean car and wait for ice to melt. Basel, our Sales Associate was great, the SUV we bought was not in at the dealership at the moment, however he showed us one just like it in a different color, test drove it, showe great, the SUV we bought was not in at the dealership at the moment, however he showed us one just like it in a different color, test drove it, showed me us all the functions with patience and professionalism. Once my SUV was in he had it ready to go. I got top dollar for my trade and I was not gouged for thousands of dollars over MSRP like other dealers are doing. Great experience!!
