Ryan Aldrich is THE BEST! He is honest and trustworthy. I am so fortunate to have gotten him as my sales person. If you had to choose anyone as your go to guy for your dealership, he is the one. This turned out to be a BIG MISTAKE! The salesman at this other dealership was misleading and vague and it turned out that the car I bought did NOT have what I needed! Appointment was at 830, took me at 840 and didn't finish until 1050. Was assured twice that they needed ppl to anticipate 1:20, but running over 2 hrs felt excessive to me for an oil change. Upon pick up car was out in back in snow, not started not cleaned. Had to ask an employee for an ice scrapper and clean car and wait for ice to melt.
