I made an appointment two weeks in advance for an engine oil and filter change. I was at the dealership waiting for the car for an hour and a half before I was told the dealer didn't have the correct oil fi oil and filter change. Are you kidding me. Are you that unprepared? Do you not check parts inventory when you book a car for service and know what parts will be needed? Ridiculous. More

I scheduled periodic maintenance (oil change) back in early October. I needed a loaner so the first available was on a Thursday in November. The day before the appt I was first contacted for insurance early October. I needed a loaner so the first available was on a Thursday in November. The day before the appt I was first contacted for insurance info for the loaner, and later informed there are no loaners available 'because of COVID'. I had to scramble to get a ride there on Friday morning. On Friday afternoon I got another call that the car would not be ready that day (I did ask them to check out two minor driveability issues). I had to again get a ride to retrieve some items from the car for the weekend. The service manager told me that it would be done on Monday and if not he would definitely get me a loaner. As I am leaving there are two loaner cars sitting in the parking lot. No call on Monday, finally an email on Tuesday, tried to call noone was available, so I had to go there. They did pick me up at my house on Wednesday morning. The service manager sold me a '2 for 3' oil change for 199 and charged 165 to look at each driveability issue, so the bill was over 500 when really I just wanted an oil change and for them to drive the car and let me know. I got the sense that the service manager was more interested in selling as many services as possible, rather than taking care of a long time customer (I've purchased two BMWs there). On top of that they seemed pretty disorganized. My sales guy is great though, checks in on me periodically. More
