Over 2 hours waiting for an oil change and fixing a few codes. My car was seen driving at least 3 times while I was waiting.. I was told it was to calibrate my seats. My service representative was unresponsive and dishonest about the timing of a replacement part. He said he would call, and he didn't. He said the replacement part was in, and it was lost. As a result, my family's travel plans for Labor Day weekend were ruined. I am looking at purchasing my next BMW at a different dealership. The only saving grace was the shop foreman who finally took over the case. I have been with this dealership for - literally - decades, and I am aghast at the drop in the quality of the service department. This last visit was the end of it for me. More
