Customer service could be improved. There was no communication. I was made to feel like it was my fault my car was back less than 2 months from my last appt for the samething. There seemed to be no communication. I was made to feel like it was my fault my car was back less than 2 months from my last appt for the samething. There seemed to be no consideration as to the fact that I had already paid to get this issue resolved. Getting a loaner was something I had to ask for even just to get a ride to work. It was an awful interaction and unfortunately not the first time. It seemed to be my fault they didn’t do a diagnostic last time to see if bigger issue. More
