While I understand the repairs that were needed, what bothers me is that I was told that if I brought my car in Wednesday evening (which I did), it would be worked on beginning at 7:15 AM the next morning. I have the impression it was not even looked at until Friday and then a part had to be ordered (before 3:30) that did not come in until Monday.. I finally picked up the car on Tuesday afternoon. In short, the diagnosis should have occurred on Thursday and the needed part ordered by 3:30 on Thursday so the repair could take place on Friday and I could have my car for the weekend. Unfortunately, that did not happen which was quite an inconvenience for us. And by the way, there was no mention of a loaner car as an option. And finally, although I was told I would receive phone calls at a given time regarding he repair status of my car, that often did not happen. Instead, I was the one who had to call your service department. In short, your customer service needs to improve.
