I got a flat tire on a run flat and just showed up at the service center the next morning without an appointment. They had the tire in stock and was able to put it on while I waited without an excessive dela service center the next morning without an appointment. Some feedback for follow up- The service reminder wasn’t reset after the oil change was done, although I’m assuming the oil was changed. I was able to figure it out with the help of YouTube. The staff can’t be held responsible for the dealer selling me a pre-owned whose axle, campers and bolts had dangerously rusted in the course of my two years of owning the vehicle.
